The Smith's Corner Historic District is a historic district encompassing a historic rural village center. Covering about , the district is centered on the junction of Main Avenue (New Hampshire Route 107A), South Road, and Chase Road in northwestern South Hampton, abutting its border with East Kingston. The corners of this intersection have a small collection of Greek Revival houses, with the district radiating away in a rural setting. In the early 19th century this area was known for its concentration of taverns; the Smith House, at the northwest corner of the junction, is a surviving example. The district also includes one of South Hampton's oldest houses, the c. 1750 Moses Eaton House on Stagecoach Road.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=NRHP nomination for Smith's Corner Historic District )〕 The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.〔 ==See also==
